Prepaid Cost Overview
All train journeys are based on First Class seats. Chinese high-speed trains usually offer Business Class, First Class and Second Class. Second Class can be quite limited in seat and leg space for taller or larger European travelers, while Business Class would significantly increase the total cost. First Class is therefore the most balanced option in terms of comfort and cost.
All domestic flights are based on Economy Class. For the hotels, we selected well-recognized business hotels. These are not the most luxurious hotels, but they meet international standards and provide a comfortable and reliable stay. They are also not backpacker or budget-traveler hotels.
